1. Shipping Locations

PrintsWizard currently ships to:

  • All 50 U.S. states and territories

  • All provinces and territories in Canada

We do not currently ship internationally outside of North America.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom and personalized orders may take longer to process (typically 3–7 business days).

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and shipping method.

  • Free standard shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount (e.g., $75 USD/CAD)—check current promotions on our website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If you haven’t received a tracking email within 4 business days, contact us at printswizardllc@gmail.com.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada Only)

Canadian customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is:

  • Lost in transit: Contact us and we will assist with filing a claim.

  • Damaged upon delivery: Contact us within 5 days with photos of the item and packaging.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received.

  • Incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

8. Changes & Cancellations

Once your order is shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address or cancel the order. If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us immediately at printswizardllc@gmail.com with your order number.
