1. Return & Refund Eligibility

We take pride in the quality of our customized print products. However, if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

  • Requests must be submitted with supporting evidence (e.g., clear photos of the defect or error).

2. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for the following:

  • Customized or personalized items, unless there is a proven manufacturing defect or fulfillment error.

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

  • Incorrect input (e.g., spelling errors, design issues) made by the customer during order placement.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at printswizardllc@gmail.com with the subject line: “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.

  2. Include the following in your message:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return or refund

    • Clear photos of the product and issue

  3. Our support team will review your request within 3–5 business days and provide further instructions.

Please do not return any items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover return shipping.

  • If the return is not due to our fault, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided the production process has not started. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
